Character School Candle Lighting Prayer:
We light this candle for truth.
May the light of truth always be with us.
We light this candle for love.
May the light of love always be with us.
Character School is a community where we cultivate open minds, loving hearts, and welcoming hands. Character School is the Fountain Street Church version of "Sunday School" or "Church School", where we come together on Sunday mornings to learn and explore, play and discover, serve and connect with others. Children delight in being part of kind and caring classroom circles where they are invited to share their highlights and challenges of the week, (also known as "roses and thorns") with their Fountain Street friends. Through a diversity of program offerings, children explore the teachings and practices of many world religions and spiritual traditions from across our community and the planet.

Child dedications/baptisms are not currently being offered due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Fountain Club is for high school-aged teens. The goal is to provide a community of safety and inclusion where high school youth have the opportunity to discover and explore spiritual and religious concepts within the context of their daily lives. The adult ministry leaders of Fountain Club seek to provide opportunities for exploration, adventure, and leadership, while working to ensure an environment of safety, tolerance, and diversity. Fountain Club holds fundraisers throughout the year to support the group’s activities and service trips.
For more information on Fountain Club, please contact Lydia Stubbs at firstname.lastname@example.org. Regular updates about upcoming Fountain Club activities are sent via email to parents and are posted for youth in the Fountain Club Facebook group. Scheduling updates are posted in the weekly Friday Flash.
