Our primary learning ministry for middle schoolers (7th and 8th graders) is called “The Tower Club” – as they originally met in a room under the bell tower. This youth ministry seeks to more deeply engage youth in exploring what they believe and how they can serve in the world. Through lock-ins, church visitations, credo statements, group building activities and service projects, youth learn more about themselves and how they relate to the world.

Every other year we also invite the youth and their parents to participate in a special program called “Sex and the Spirit,” exploring healthy relationships, sexuality and morality. Each year eighth graders are also invited to join in a Coming of Age process that is several months long and culminates in a service trip to either New York City or Washington, D.C.
